One of the main materials handled at our factory is an electrical insulation laminated board made by impregnating, layering, and molding glass mat with a specially formulated polyester resin. It features strength, heat resistance, and does not discolor. We have numerous instances of switching from phenolic materials. It also has good machinability, and mass production processing with press cutting is possible for thicknesses below 3mm. We supply electrical insulation components for heavy electrical equipment, railways, semiconductors, and electrical equipment. Thin sheets have been successfully used as shielding plates for circuit breakers and switches. We offer three colors: red, white, and gray. It excels in insulation, arc resistance, and tracking resistance, and has obtained UL standard 94-V0 for heat resistance. The heat resistance class is Type B. We also have a higher grade with enhanced flame retardancy.
